The video shows an ewg project to dismantle and move a two storey accommodation block from Marks Tey in Essex to Ipswich MDU in Suffolk.

All services were disconnected before the building was dismantled and the site cleared and left ready for use. The site in Ipswich was cleared for new ground works and civils for the re-building of the block with installation of new utility services, power, water and waste and all operational services (water, heating, power, air conditioning, new carpets, decoration) to accommodate 200 staff.

The project was delivered on time and on budget and was a multi trade operation.
